Rental rates vary between the day of the week and month of the year. Rental Rates include Tables, Linens, White Chiavari Chairs, Setup & Breakdown of anything supplied by Dellwood Country Club, general staffing & bartenders, dance floor, security and outdoor patio or deck area. We also offer a beautiful outdoor ceremony space overlooking the first tee of our golf course!
Yes, all events have an event minimum. Tax & service charge are not included in this minimum. Please contact our Events Team for more information on actual event minimums for the date of your choice.
Our ballroom maxes at 275 seated & the Fireside Room maxes at 45 seated. Our standard guest tables are 72” rounds, which max at 12 guests per table.
Due to MN Health Code & Insurance policy, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property. However, we do allow outside desserts for a nominal cutting fee, if they are prepared by a licensed kitchen and baker.
Yes! We have a beautiful outdoor ceremony location with backdrops of our first tee, as well as the option to have it indoors. In the event of inclement weather, we have the ability to hold the ceremony in our indoor ballroom.

Your room rental fee, damage deposit & signed contract are required to secure the date. Your date is not secured until all items have been received by our catering department. Reach out to our Events Manager today, to start the process.
Earliest access on the big day is 11:00am. Last call is 30 min prior to the last song. All entertainment concludes by 12:00am, and all items and guests departed by 12:30am.
We do not have an on-site wedding planner; we have an event manager who will work with you on your contract, menu selections, set up details, timeline and basic contact information for your vendors. We also have a banquet manager who will be on-site for the duration of your event.
