ABOUT MICHELLE..

Michelle came to her mat in the spring of 2020 when a friend started offering outdoor yoga during the pandemic shutdown. It was the only activity available to participate in at the time and she became hooked. The practice of yoga both physically and mentally introduced her to a more holistic approach to life. She began to not only notice the physical changes in her body like increased flexibility, muscle strength, and tone but also that her mind had sharpened concentration and focus, and she was able to better manage stress and anxiety with the breathing and meditation techniques she was learning. To deepen her practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2022. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. Her classes are appropriate for all fitness levels as she focuses on the fundamentals of breath to movement synchronization, pairing asana (yoga postures) with Vinyasa flow, and provides variations that allow students to adapt their practice to their own ability and comfort levels. 45-minute classes will be held Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00-9:45. Advanced registration is preferred but drop ins are welcome if space allows. Classes are $10 per session.
